Kinvolved addresses attendance at its roots so that every student is set up for success.

We take an equitable and holistic approach to tackling absenteeism, combining our software KiNVO with research-based human interventions to change the deeply ingrained behaviors and external factors affecting student attendance, including poverty, racism, and socio-economic exclusion.

Monthly home office stipend
$160/month to cover expenses at the employee's discretion, such as phone data and utilities for offsite/remote office work, and commuting expenses.

Up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for employees who have been employed with the company for at least 6.5 months.
Professional development/continuing ed
All nonexempt employees will be paid training pay for that time. The Company may reimburse some or all of the fees, including materials expenses, meals, and transportation.
